In the unlikely event that a payment is taken twice from your account, we will do our best to resolve the matter swiftly. Make sure to gather proof of both payments (payment method, date, transaction ID, and all the other relevant information in a digital format e.g. a photo or a screenshot) and contact us directly.

We will look into it as soon as possible and, once it's confirmed, issue you a refund for the second charge.
