On a Zyro website, you can add links to the website menu, texts, images, buttons, and social media icons.

Add a link to the website menu

1. Expand the Pages and navigation section from the left toolbar and click the Add link button (see the screenshot, step 2).

2. Rename the link.

3. Link to:

  • Another page within your website – expand the dropdown to select the page.

  • URL – insert the URL in the field. This also allows linking sections.

  • Phone number – insert the phone number in the field.

  • Email – insert the email address in the field.

4. Save the changes.

Optional

  • Open in new tab – opens a page in a new browser tab.

  • Make link nofollow - tells search engines (e.g., Google) to ignore and not crawl such links.

  • Hide page – hides a page (in this case – a link to the page) from the header menu.


1. Click on the text element and select Edit text.

2. Select (highlight) the text you want to link.

3. Click on the link symbol (two interlinked chain links, see screenshot below).

4. Link to:

  • Another page within your website – expand the dropdown to select the page.

  • URL – insert the URL in the field. This also allows linking sections.

  • Phone number – insert the phone number in the field.

  • Email – insert the email address in the field.

5. Save the changes.

Optional

  • Open in new tab – opens a page in a new browser tab.

  • Make link nofollow - tells search engines (e.g., Google) to ignore and not crawl such links.


Add a link to an image

1. Click on an image element and select Change image.

2. In the Action tab select On click: Open link.

3. Link to:

  • Another page within your website – expand the dropdown to select the page.

  • URL – insert the URL in the field. This also allows linking sections.

  • Phone number – insert the phone number in the field.

  • Email – insert the email address in the field.

4. Click outside the settings box to close the setting box. The changes are saved automatically.

Add a link to a button

1. Click on a button element and select Edit button.

2. Rename the button.

3. Link to:

  • Another page within your website – expand the dropdown to select the page.

  • URL – insert the URL in the field. This also allows linking sections.

  • Phone number – insert the phone number in the field.

  • Email – insert the email address in the field.

4. Click outside the settings box to close it and will be saved automatically.

1. From the toolbar on the left, click Add element; drag and drop Social icons onto your page.

2. Click on them and select Edit social icons.

3. Click Add new link or edit the icon you want to change.

4. Enter the target URL in the text box, then hit the tick symbol.

5. Close the settings popup (click outside the settings box) to save changes.
