If you have recently bought a domain through Zyro and want to cancel it, make sure to get in touch with the Customer Success team as soon as possible: if your domain is cancelled within 96 hours after the registration, you may get a full refund.
If you want to cancel your domain, you can do it in two ways:
Submit a written cancellation request to your domain registrar (make sure to do it within 96 hours after the domain registration).
Don't renew the domain and let it expire - learn more about the domain life cycle here.
Note: If you cancel your domain after the initial period of 96 hours, you will not be eligible for a refund. Also, keep in mind that some TLDs, mostly country-code TLDs (.eu, .ru, .fr, etc.), are not refundable as per our Refund Policy.
If you do not need your domain anymore, and you cannot get the money back, don't worry, you can sell your domain at auction - check out Sedo!
