Adding a favicon
1. Within your website's editor, access the general settings.
2. In the Favicon section, click Add image or Replace image and upload your file.
3. Save the changes and update your website.
Troubleshooting
Keep in mind that it may take some time for the favicon to be updated. However, if you're struggling to get the icon updated, follow these steps:
Make sure the website editor isn’t open in multiple browser tabs or devices simultaneously
You've uploaded the supported file format: .PNG, .JPG or .JPEG
You've updated the website after making the changes
It's also recommended to clear cache or:
Check the favicon by accessing your website via incognito mode/private browsing window
Open the website using another device (e.g., your smartphone, tablet, or friend's PC)
Open the website using different networks (Wi-Fi vs mobile data)
