1. The website hasn’t been updated in the editor

After you made the changes, did you click the Update website button in the top right hand corner of the editor?

If the changes aren't saved and updated, they won’t be visible on the live website.

2. You are having browser cache issues

Try clearing your browser cache. You can find instructions on how to do it here.

3. You are having domain name system server (DNS) issues

DNS issues could be the reason why your changes are not visible on your website. The instructions on how to 'flush' your DNS can be found here.

If the changes you’ve made still aren’t reflected on your website after completing the previous steps, please contact us via our Customer Success Team!
