Updated over a week ago

When building a website using our website builder, you don't need to worry about creating a sitemap – it’s done for you by default. Besides, the sitemap is automatically updated each time you update your website!

Learn how to find your website's sitemap and upload it to Google Search Console.

Finding the sitemap

Once you publish your website, you can access your sitemap by typing the domain.tld/sitemap.xml in the address bar of an internet browser:

NOTE: Replace domain.tld with your own domain

The /sitemap.xml provides SEO information when it comes to your web pages. It's also automatically updated each time you update your website.

Submitting the sitemap at Google Search Console

1. Open your Google Search Console (GSC) account. If you haven't used GSC before, you'll be asked to add and verify your domain name.

2. In your GSC account, Click on the Sitemaps tab on the left:

3. Enter your sitemap URL and click Submit:

NOTE: The URL should contain WWW only if the WWW prefix is enabled in your website's SEO settings
