If you find something that doesn't work at all or doesn't work right while you’re using Zyro, you should report it to us.
You can do that by contacting the Zyro Customer Success team. They will then relay your bug report to our development, QA, or another relevant team.
In most cases, the Customer Success agent will be able to give you an instant solution to the bug you've encountered.
In other, more complicated cases, you might have to wait for a fix to the bug you've found for a day or two. Our Customer Success team will reach out to you once it's done.
