An abandoned cart refers to the instance when a customer has added products to their shopping cart, proceeded to checkout, and added their email address to their order, but has then left without finalizing and paying for their order.

Viewing abandoned carts

Zyro stores automatically track abandoned carts. To view them, go to Abandoned Carts under My Sales settings.

Each abandoned cart includes the contact details of the customer, the chosen shipping and payment options, as well as the contents of the cart.

Sending automatic cart recovery emails

Turn automatic cart recovery emails on like this:

1. In Online store settings, click on My Sales and then Abandoned Carts.

2. Make sure you've enabled Recover abandoned carts automatically.

Your customers will now receive an abandoned cart recovery email 2 hours after they've left your store without finalizing their order.

Sending manual cart recovery emails

You can also send manual cart recovery emails to your customers.

1. In Online store settings, click on My Sales and then Abandoned Carts.

2. Select the order you want to remind the customer about, and click on Send Email.

3. Customize your message, and click on Send Email. You can also preview the message before you send it out.
