Learn how to manage your domain's renewal settings

Updated over a week ago

When you register a domain at Zyro, its auto-renewal is enabled by default in order to make sure there's no disruption of the domain service. Besides, redeeming an expired domain might be quite expensive.

If you keep the auto-renewal on, your Zyro domain will renew annually for a standard price. Learn more about the domain life cycle 💡

To turn your Zyro domain's auto-renewal on or off:

1. In your Zyro account, go to the Subscriptions page.

2. Find your domain and toggle the button to turn auto-renewal on or off:

If domain auto-renewal is enabled, a renewal fee is charged 30 days before the domain's expiration date in order to ensure uninterrupted domain service. It also means that if your domain expires in less than 30 days, you cannot change domain auto-renewal settings anymore.

NOTE: The domain renewal funds are transferred directly to the TLD registry, therefore, according to our Refund Policy, domain renewal fees are not refundable
