If you have paid and the money was deducted from your account, it can take up to 24 hours for the payment to reach our side, depending on the payment method.

This happens because the gateway needs some time to fully process the payment data and forward the transaction. As soon as it does reach our side, your services will automatically appear in your Zyro account!

Your Zyro domains can be found on the Domains page, and your Zyro plans can be found on the Subscriptions page in your dashboard.

If it has been over 24 hours since the payment has been made, and you still cannot see the services in your account, contact our Customer Success team and provide the following information:

  • For PayPal – transaction ID and the PayPal account email.

  • For Credit Card – the first 6 and last 4 digits of the card used.

  • For Coin Payments – your transaction ID.

  • For other payment methods – the email and a proof of payment completion.

  • If you used Coin Payments, you can check the status of your payment on this page.

  • If you have used UPI or RazorPay payment method, in most cases it takes up to 2-6 hours for the transaction to reach us.
