JivoChat is an all-in-one business messenger that teams use to talk to customers everywhere. It supports live chat, phone, email, and social media.

In order to install JivoChat to your website, you’ll need a JivoChat account and a widget ID. If you don't have one already, start by creating an account for free here.

Once you have an account, you can find the widget ID by going to Manage → Channels → Installation.

In the Installation view, you will see HTML code. You only need the widget ID (a string of random letters), that looks something like this:

Copy this ID and paste it to your website through Settings → Integrations → JivoChat. Save the changes, open the editor and update the website to push the widget online.
