Zyro currently offers the following shipping methods for eCommerce plans (please note that some of them may depend on the country you're operating in):

  • Carrier-calculated shipping. With this shipping option, you can use real-time data from shipping companies such as FedEx, UPS, and USPS. The shipping rates are automatically determined by your location, the order's destination, and the weight of the order. You can specify dimensions — the length, width, and height — for each product in your store and get more accurate carrier-calculated shipping rates.

  • Flat rate shipping. This option allows you to create a single shipping fee that will be charged to all of your customers, regardless of the subtotal or order weight. You can define one fixed shipping charge or a fixed percentage rate. You can also offer a variety of fixed rates depending on the order destination. Flat rate is great for small businesses and start-ups whose customers might just be ordering one item or only a few products.

  • Shipping freight and custom tables. Determining shipping costs based on freight and custom dimensions is a perfect option if you have a diverse inventory. This way you can specify costs by setting up shipping freight per product and an individual price for each item.

  • Free shipping is an excellent option for many small businesses or those looking to simplify the order process for customers. With free shipping, you absorb the entire price of shipping and offer free delivery to all zones or select ones. Free shipping is most frequently used for local deliveries. Simply choose the flat rate shipping option and set the shipping cost to zero, or apply free shipping to certain products or destinations by using the shipping freight or custom table.

  • In-store order pickup. Offering local pick-up saves you money and at the same time makes checkout faster for your customers, as they don’t have to enter their shipping address.
