You can find all your orders on the Orders page in your store manager. There, you can see the order date, the customer’s email, the total amount paid, the payment status, and the order status.

Order status

You can filter your orders by order status to view the following:

  • All

  • Awaiting processing – every new order has this status by default

  • Fulfilled

  • Processing

  • Returned

  • Shipped

When you receive a new order, its status is Awaiting processing by default. Your customer is also automatically notified about the successfully submitted order.


Manage orders

To view more details about the order, click on it. This allows you to:

  • Change the order status

  • View order details, shipping details and contact information

  • Print and view the order receipt


Print and view the receipt

You can download and print the order receipt to send it to the client by clicking on the Print receipt link above the order status. Below, you can see an example of a receipt.


Email notifications on new orders

You'll be automatically informed about new orders via email. When you receive a new order, its status will be Awaiting processing by default.

Similarly, your clients will be automatically notified about the successfully submitted orders at your store via email 📩
