You can find all your orders on the Orders page. There, you can see the order date, the client’s email, the total amount paid, the payment status, and the order status.

Order statuses

You can filter your orders by order status to view the following:

  • All

  • Awaiting processing — every new order gets this status by default

  • Fulfilled

  • Processing

  • Returned

  • Shipped

IMPORTANT: Once you receive a new order (its status will be Awaiting processing), your client is not automatically notified that the order has been submitted successfully. It is highly recommended to manually reach out to your customer via email and ensure them that you have successfully received the order and are processing it. You can also email them the receipt.


Manage orders

To view more details about the order, click on it. This allows you to:

  • Change the order status

  • View order details, shipping details, and contact information

  • Print and view the order receipt


Print and view the receipt

You can download and print the order receipt to send it to the client by clicking on the Print receipt link above the order status. The receipt will look something like this:


Email notifications on new orders

It is recommended to opt for receiving an email notification when a payment is successfully made to your Stripe account — this way you won't miss any new orders.

Enable email notifications on new orders in your Stripe account settings, Email preferences:
