How to set up Titan Mail on the Apple Mail app

Learn how to configure Titan Mail on the Apple Mail app

Apple Mail, or Mac Mail, is the default email client that comes with every Mac using OS X 10.0 or later.

To configure your Mail application to access Titan Mail, follow the steps below.

1. Open Mail and click on Add account from the main menu.

2. Select Add Other Mail Account and click Continue.

3. Enter your login credentials:

  • Your full Name, or as you would like it to appear on your sent email

  • Your Email Address

  • Your Titan email account's password

  • Finally, click the Sign In button

4. Enter the Titan server settings from the table below. If you are based in the EU, refer here:

For IMAP

For POP

Email address: your Titan email address e.g., name@domain.com

Email address: your Titan email address e.g., name@domain.com

Password: your Titan password

Password: your Titan password

Incoming Server: imap.titan.email

  • Encryption: SSL/TLS

  • Port: 993

Incoming Server: pop.titan.email

  • Encryption: SSL/TLS

  • Port: 995

Outgoing Server: smtp.titan.email

  • Encryption: SSL/TLS

  • Port: 465

Outgoing Server: smtp.titan.email

  • Encryption: SSL/TLS

  • Port: 465

And voilà – you are done! 🎉


If you come across the issue where it shows your connectivity status as Offline:

Follow these steps:

1. Close the Mail app if it's open now.

2. Click the Apple menu (upper left corner of your screen) → System Preferences Internet Accounts.

3. Select the account with the broken outgoing mail server, and then click the minus sign at the bottom.

4. Reboot your Mac.

5. Click the Apple menu System Preferences Internet Accounts.

6. Click Google, and sign in to your Titan-based account again.
