If you encounter any issue while trying to connect your Zyro store to your Facebook page (available with Online Store and Advanced Store plans), go through these steps:

1. Make sure that your Facebook page is connected to your business account here.

2. Delete all product catalogs in the Business Manager if there are any.

Open Data Sources and select Catalogs. Delete all the catalogs by clicking Remove.

3. Remove store integrations from your Facebook page.

Click on this link to open Business Integrations. There should be only one store integration, so if there are more, delete them. If there's only one integration, but you still can't connect your store, delete that one too.

4. Make sure you have all the required permissions and have verified your account

Click on this link to open the General Account Settings and click View to confirm your identity.

Simply follow the steps on the screen.

Go to your Facebook Page Settings → Page roles and make sure you are the admin of the Facebook Business account.

5. Try to connect your store to the Facebook page again

  1. Open an incognito window of your browser.

  2. Sign in to your Zyro account.

  3. Connect your Facebook page to your store by following these steps.

You should be good to go 🎉 🎉 🎉
