If your domain works perfectly as domain.com, but doesn't work when you type in www.domain.com, check the following:
How is your domain pointed to Zyro?
Via nameservers: dns1.zyro.com & dns2.zyro.com
Via CNAME records: conect.zyrosite.com
If your domain is pointed to Zyro via nameservers:
Is there a CNAME record for www in the DNS zone at Zyro?
If yes – check further
If no – create this CNAME record:
Name: www
Target: connect.zyrosite.com
TTL: Auto

Is there any A and/or AAAA type of DNS records?
If yes – delete all A and/or AAAA records

If your domain is pointed to Zyro via CNAME records:
Is there a CNAME record for www in the DNS zone?
If yes – check further
If no – create this CNAME record:
Name: www
Target: connect.zyrosite.com
TTL: Auto
Note: Domain's nameservers always indicate where the DNS zone is. For example, if your domain nameservers point to Hostinger, the DNS zone is also at Hostinger.
Is there any A and/or AAAA type of DNS records?
If yes – delete all A and/or AAAA records
