Steps

1. Log into your Zyro account, go to the Emails page and click Manage account.

2. Open the Import email data tab and click Import a mailbox.

3. Enter the following details:

  • IMAP server/IP address (e.g., imap.secureserver.net)

  • Remote server requires SSL (e.g., Yes)

  • IMAP port (e.g., 993)

  • Remote email address (your existing email address e.g., john@regular.com)

  • Remote email password (the password of your existing email account)

  • Titan email (e.g., john@business.com)

  • Alternate email for notifications

4. Once you enter the details, click on Begin import. That's it! Your email import gets queued up and processed subsequently.

During the migration process, you can process more email accounts to the import queue. The tool will import the newest (also the most relevant) email first followed by the older ones. The import tool picks up folders in the following sequence: Inbox, Drafts, Sent, and then the rest.
