The information below applies to Ecwid-based online stores built using Zyro's legacy eCommerce Basic, Online Store, and Advanced Store plans.
Alternatively, you may transfer your online store to Ecwid 💡
Would you like to manage your e-store easier? Do so by transferring it to our new e-commerce platform – we'll gladly help you!
We created our own e-commerce platform that will eventually replace the third-party solution that comes with the plans mentioned above. Since we cannot update or create new features for the alien platform, we decided to put our best efforts and resources into perfecting our native e-commerce solution and help you unleash the full potential of your website!
Why?
The native e-commerce platform has many perks! It's...
Cheaper: the e-commerce tools that come with our Business plans are much more affordable than your current subscription; you may find the pricing here
Suitable for a bigger catalog in comparison to the legacy eCommerce Basic and Online Store plans: you can upload up to 500 products and create up to 50 variants per product; supported product types: physical, digital, service, donation, appointments
Perfect for accepting bookings: sell services and manage appointments easily with the help of a built-in scheduling system
Faster and more reliable: this e-commerce platform is being improved and optimized literally every week
Easier to manage: the store management area is user-friendly and available in multiple languages; you can also design every product page individually as much as you like
Better SEO-optimized: product URLs are short, simple, and easy to edit; you also can add keywords as well as customized meta titles and descriptions to your product pages
How?
Step 1 – Connect Your Website to the Business Plan
Sign in to your Zyro account. You'll find all your websites on the Websites page.
Find the template of your e-store and duplicate it.
Then, connect your Business plan to the duplicated website template.
Step 2 – Enable the eCommerce Platform on Your Website
Remove all current store pages and sections from the duplicated template and enable the e-commerce platform – it will give you access to the new store management area.
Step 3 – Add Products
Adding products is easy! If you’d like us to transfer your products from the old store, contact us anytime 💬
Once you create products in the store management area, display them on your website using product sections.
Step 4 – Double-Check Your Store Settings
In your store settings, check the following:
Store details: specify your store name and regional settings
Company information: add your company name, logo, contacts, and address
Payments: enable online payments and/or manual payments
Shipping: create unlimited shipping regions with up to 25 shipping options per region
Checkout settings: add checkout policies and custom fields
Emails: view the emails that are automatically sent from your online store
Invoice settings: customize the content of your invoices
Shopping bag settings: enable or disable the shopping bag in your store
Product SEO settings: add keywords, customized meta titles, and descriptions to your product pages
Step 5 – Make the Final Touches and Publish Your Site
Personalize the template to match your brand style and publish your better store.
That's it! We are ready to help you with any step, so feel free to reach out, and let's conquer the Internet together 🚀
