Learn about email notifications in your online store

When running an online store with Zyro, you automatically get an email notification once a new order is submitted. Emails are also automatically sent to your clients.

You can preview all client email notifications in the store management area, by going to Store settings → Emails

Emails are sent in the language that's specified in the Checkout settings.

NOTES:

  • Clients receive order confirmation emails immediately after submitting an order

  • Appointment confirmation emails and emails with a link to download digital files are sent only after a successful payment (once the order is marked as Paid)

  • Emails are automatically sent from ecommerce@hostinger.com, but if your customer replies, the reply is sent to the address that’s specified in your Store settingsCompany information:
